About EZ Numbers
EZ Numbers is over ten years in the making. In various incarnations, it's been used by hundreds of start-ups in all kinds of industries. Over the years, we've incorporated all of the good suggestions we've received and our own ideas on how to make it better and simpler. EZ Numbers represents thousands of hours of dedicated development - time that you no longer have to spend on your own custom business model.
Paul holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MA from the School of Arts & Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the University of Illinois.
He is a Fellow of the Lauder Institute Global MBA program and an alumnus of the French international program. Paul has served in executive capacities as CEO, CFO, and VP of
Business Development for high tech, entertainment, and product development companies, in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Paul's been a part of numerous start-ups, including a
strategy consulting firm, an Internet telephony company, a film/tv production house, an organic restaurant chain, a product development and marketing company, etc.
Paul spoke with Bill Gates at the launch event for Internet Explorer 4.0, announcing Surf Monkey, an idea he conceived and created which raised $50 million and was the world's first online service for kids.
Paul serves as a grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation. He is a judge for both the Wharton Business Plan Competition and the PennVention contest at the University of Pennsylvania. At the Thunderbird Business School, Paul spoke on entrepreneurship and has been a judge since 2005 in the Global Innovation Challenge. Paul beat over 250 other entries to win Entrepreneur Magazine's national business plan competition, and had the winning entry out of 70,000 in an ING essay contest.
Paul is Board Chair of the Lauder Institute Alumni Association and former Chair of both La Reserva Forest Foundation and the American Red Cross of Santa Monica.
Brent is a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a focus on software development, search, and social media marketing. He has expertise managing large production teams across multiple continents, and believes heavily in a model of continual improvement. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in I/O Psychology from DePaul University, an MA in Human Factors Applied Psychology from California State University, and a Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Early in his career, Brent worked as an analyst for Boston Capital Ventures learning about investment strategies and how to measure the potential for return from the investors perspective. He then launched a series of ventures in the automotive, technology, entertainment, print production, and digital marketing industries. As co-founder and CIO of Pipeline Music, he designed and implemented workflow that brought 250 CD's of never before heard Classical Music from the former Soviet Union to US and Asian markets. Brent served as the IR Director reporting to more than 350 investors.
In 2010, Brent launched Creative Studio B a Graphic and Web Studio designed to a provide an alternative production resource for Marketing and Advertising firms where he serves as Co-founder and President. In 2012, Creative Studio B launched Search Engine Studio, a leading consultancy focused on content marketing and search optimization.
Brent is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
